Akamas joins AWS Partner Network

Combining Akamas’ AI-powered performance optimization capabilities with the AWS cloud offering helps customers consistently achieve higher-performance services at the lowest possible cost.

Akamas is announcing that it is now a member of the AWS Partner Network.

Organizations relying on IT to run their business face a fundamental challenge; how to effectively support business growth, while matching user expectations and improving cost efficiency.

Coping with this challenge is increasingly difficult in today’s world of complex monolithic or microservices applications, and software architectures often spanning both data centers and the cloud. This may require tuning hundreds of parameters (e.g. JVM garbage collector, Kubernetes resource limits) and options (e.g. cloud instance types) representing thousands of potential configurations – with the number of tunable parameters and cloud options expanding every year.

Akamas is the AI-powered autonomous optimization platform that enables enterprises and online businesses to deliver unprecedented levels of service performance and resilience at minimum cost.

The Akamas solution has been effectively adopted by companies to support migration from on-premise environments to the cloud, optimiz cloud-based and hybrid applications such as Amazon EC2 and AWS Lambda, and verifying the ability to leverage managed cloud services like AWS Fargate in the most cost effective way.

We are proud to join the AWS Partner Network. This represents an important milestone, and the natural next step, in our cooperation with the AWS team.

said Luca Forni, CEO at Akamas.

We believe our partnership with Amazon will enable us to better serve our customers who want to maximize the quality of service and cost efficiency of their critical applications running on the AWS cloud.

added Giuseppe Nardiello, VP Product Mgmt and Business Development at Akamas.
